All 10 bedrooms offer a superior ensuite facilities and comfortably furnished for guests to relax in.

Standard ensuite double rooms include phone, television, ironing board and iron, hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, local Scottish Borders short bread and bottled Scottish spring water. Molton Brown toiletries are provided for your convenience and luxurious deep pile large bath towels.

Free WiFi for broadband Internet access is available from the "Fish Lounge".

Superior rooms include king-sized bed, large TVs (mostly wall mounted LCDs) with DVD/CD player. Free plug-in broadband Internet access is available in rooms 8, 9 and 10.

Room 8 is a ground floor bedroom for disabled access, complete with wet room and appropriate hand rail fittings for wheelchair-bound guests. Access to restaurant is available through portable ramp at the main entrance, with assistance available as required.
